ELIGIBILITY
Open to women-identifying individuals who have mentored others formally or informally
Applicable across all industries, sectors, or professional levels
Must have demonstrated a sustained mentoring relationship or program over time
Can include mentoring within organisations, nonprofits, academia, or community groups
Judging Criteria
Impact on Mentees: Evidence of personal or professional growth in those mentored
Consistency: Ongoing and dedicated involvement in mentoring activities
Leadership by Example: Role-modelling values, resilience, and professional excellence
Inclusivity: Support offered across different backgrounds, identities, or communities
QUALITATIVE CRITERIA
Genuine care and investment in others’ development
Active listener and effective communicator
Creates safe, inclusive spaces for sharing and growth
Encourages independence, confidence, and leadership in mentees
METRICS
Number of mentees supported over time
Success stories or testimonials from mentees
Participation in structured mentoring programs
Recognition or awards for coaching, mentoring, or leadership
Initiatives launched (e.g. mentorship networks, workshops, or support circles)
ADDITIONAL CRITERIA
Mentorship must have taken place over at least 12 months
Can be professional (career guidance) or personal (life mentorship)
Not limited to senior-level professionals; peer mentors are also eligible
