ELIGIBILITY
Open to women-identifying professionals in construction, civil, structural, mechanical, or related engineering disciplines
Includes engineers, architects, project managers, builders, site leads, and infrastructure innovators
Must have led or significantly contributed to major projects, designs, or operational success
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field
Judging Criteria
