ELIGIBILITY
Open to women-identifying educators or academic leaders
Includes school leaders, university faculty, education entrepreneurs, curriculum designers, or policy makers
Must have a leadership role or demonstrable influence on education systems or institutions
Minimum 5 years of experience in the education or training sector
Judging Criteria
Educational Impact: Contribution to learning outcomes, academic performance, or institutional growth
Leadership: Leading institutions, reform initiatives, or educational communities
Innovation: New methods, tools, or approaches to education delivery
Equity & Access: Efforts to bridge gaps in education, promote inclusion, or improve rural/low-resource access
QUALITATIVE CRITERIA
Visionary leadership in schools, colleges, or ed-tech
Advocacy for inclusive, values-driven education
Mentorship of staff and students
Community engagement or parental involvement initiatives
METRICS
Number of students impacted
Programs developed, curricula introduced, or school rankings improved
