ELIGIBILITY
Open to women-identifying professionals in healthcare or medical fields
Includes doctors, nurses, surgeons, researchers, public health professionals, and medical administrators
Must demonstrate excellence in practice, care, innovation, or research
Minimum 5 years of professional experience (or frontline contribution in recent health crises)
Judging Criteria
Medical or Clinical Impact: Quality of care, research output, or medical innovation
Leadership & Service: Leading teams or initiatives in health systems or research
Community/Patient Focus: Demonstrated commitment to health equity and advocacy
Ethics & Integrity: Dedication to standards, compassion, and patient rights
QUALITATIVE CRITERIA
Pioneering work in disease treatment, health access, or patient safety
Crisis response (e.g., during pandemics, disasters, underserved areas)
Mentorship or education contributions in medicine
Promotion of women’s health and gender-sensitive care
METRICS
Number of patients impacted or procedures conducted
Peer-reviewed publications, trials led, or protocols developed
Public health campaigns led or initiatives launched
Recognition by medical boards or institutions
ADDITIONAL CRITERIA
Can include both clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals
Self-nominations must be supported by references from institutions or colleagues
Must be practicing or have contributed significantly within the last 2 years
