ELIGIBILITY
Open to women-identifying professionals in executive, director, or senior leadership roles (e.g., CEO, CFO, COO, Managing Director, Board Chair, etc.)
Must be part of a medium to large organisation, public or private
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Demonstrated contribution to company strategy, profitability, or governance
