Judging Criteria
Financial Expertise: Depth of experience and knowledge in financial operations
Strategic Impact: Contribution to growth, stability, or transformation of financial structures
Leadership: Management or mentorship of teams, clients, or stakeholders
Innovation & Inclusion: Use of technology or efforts toward financial inclusion
