Their achievements range from scientific discoveries to technological innovations and from medical breakthroughs to engineering marvels. These women inspire through their resilience, brilliance, and dedication, serving as role models and mentors to aspiring young women worldwide, fostering a more inclusive and equitable environment in STEMM disciplines.


ELIGIBILITY


To be eligible for the Inspirational Woman in STEMM award, nominees must be women working in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or medicine (STEMM) fields. They should have demonstrated outstanding contributions, leadership, or innovation in their respective areas. Nominees should be role models who inspire and mentor others, especially women and underrepresented groups. Judging Criteria

Her work has a significant impact, driving progress and addressing global challenges. She embodies resilience, integrity, and a lifelong dedication to learning and excellence. By breaking barriers and challenging stereotypes, she serves as a role model, inspiring future generations to pursue and excel in STEMM careers.




METRICS


The Inspirational Woman in STEMM metrics evaluate individuals based on the following criteria:

1. Impact: Demonstrated significant contributions to STEMM fields.
2. Innovation:Developed innovative solutions or methodologies.
3. Leadership: Held leadership roles or led significant projects.
4. Mentorship:Actively mentored and supported upcoming professionals.
5. Advocacy: Promoted diversity, equity, and inclusion in STEMM.
6. Recognition:Received awards, honors, or notable acknowledgments.
7. Publication:Authored influential papers, articles, or books.
8. Community Engagement:Participated in outreach or community initiatives.
9. Collaboration:Successfully collaborated across disciplines or institutions.
